Only a Few More Hours! 75% off Vintage Housewares

The past few weeks have been some of the craziest that we've had here in a long while! We can't contain our excitement for all that happening here in the studio.

Our Vintage Closeout Sale has been a huge success thanks to all of you! We're thrilled that so many pieces from our collection have found such lovely, lovely homes.

The next few hours are the last chance to save 75% off all of our online Vintage House-wares Inventory.  After 5pm EST, all of the items will be taken out of the shop...so grab your favs before they're gone for good (use code VINTAGE75 at checkout)!

Throughout the past few weeks, both here and on Instagram, we've been sharing some behind the scenes images of our new collections, branding and gift items. We are soooo close to our re-launch that we can barely stand it.

We will return to our regular posting this week and we'll be sure to include as many peeks as possible in the days/weeks ahead. We also have a new, fabulous blog series launching very soon...so be sure to stay tuned:)

xoxo

Scenes from the Post | Calligraphy Quotes

As a calligrapher, it is always fun for Emma and I to be able to collaborate on quote artwork for each issue of The Antiquarian Post

Sometimes, the process starts off with the perfect inspirational words and the artwork is added (this was the case for the Sitting Bull quote, above). Other times, we have gorgeous artwork (like the tan & white butterflies, below) and I go on a hunt for lovely words to incorporate into the design.

Whichever way it happens, it's one of the best parts of the process for me. Spring may almost be succumbing to the sweltering heat of summer...but there is still time to enjoy it's delights!

Scenes from the Post | the Fette

We had such a blast putting together this spring-time party for our latest issue of The Antiquarian Post. From developing the scrumptious tea-sandwhich and sangria recipes (yum)...to finding the perfect place settings with which to set the table, it was one classy affair!

For the recipes and more scenes from the fette...pop over to the issue and check it out! A big thanks to Kelly Lynn James for the gorgeous photos from the shoot!

Behind the Scenes | Vintage Floral Border Save the Date

Spring has arrived and we couldn’t be happier! It’s always a refreshing and inspiring sight to see all of the little buds form on branches, knowing that soon they will burst into a gorgeous show of flowers. With this save the date design, we wanted to capture this brief moment in time and create something fresh and beautiful.

Behind the Scenes | An Antiquaria Thanksgiving

This year we were lucky to get to spend Thanksgiving in Santa Barbara with Emma's family. With our better halves in tow, we headed up the coast and enjoyed a weekend of blissfully beautiful weather, cooking, and family.

We spent Thanksgiving day preparing our side dishes: roasted butternut squash, corn pudding and green beans.

What are you most thankful for this holiday season?

Emma: I am most thankful for my loving and supportive family, my two Frenchies, Colby & Pablo, and my amazing husband, Chris. Without them I would be lost.  I am also thankful for my super awesome business partner, Bailey, and feel so lucky that together, we are making our creative dreams come true.

Bailey: I am so thankful to have such supportive family & friends. I have not always taken the easy or conventional path and they have always had my back. Having parents that are (and have always been) best friends is very special and I now realize that more than ever. I am lucky to be spending this Thanksgiving with my soon to be LA family, my fiancé Dominic (we can't wait until our cat, Posey comes to live with us!!), miss Emma and her husband Chris. Even though this next year will bring huge changes for me (a cross country move and getting married are some of the biggies coming up), I am so thankful to have a great support system awaiting my arrival.

What is your favorite Thanksgiving Food?

Emma: Stuffing with gravy!

Bailey: This is a hard one because I really love it all. I'd have to say stuffing though. I like all varieties and it's the only holiday I get to eat it. My favorite has pecans and dried cranberries.

Clearly...we both love stuffing!!!

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We'd love to hear what some of your favorite holiday traditions are, what you feasted on and how you set your table!!
