We've been super busy here in the Antiquarian Design Studio this Summer. As hectic it's been (Bailey's wedding etc), we couldn't bare the thought of skipping a season of the Post so here it is!  This summer we were inspired by vintage embroideries, rainbows of dishes, warm summer hues and delicious fruity cocktails. As everything starts to settle back to normal, we're looking forward to some long afternoons with our toes in the sand and a good book (suggestions are welcome!).

We are excited to unveil the Winter 2012 issue of The Antiquarian Post. 

Hearkening back to the time of the traditional Dutch Master painters, we've brought a romantic feel to this dark and cold season in our winter issue of The Antiquarian Post. We were inspired by unusual objects whose details are fine art on their own. Curated and collected objects that would be worthy of the Masters. We certainly hope you enjoy our interpretation of this age old tradition and the romance and mystery that it comes along with it.

We are super excited to debut the first issue of Antiquaria's seasonal online magazine, The Antiquarian Post. We created The Antiquarian Post as a place where we could explore our current inspiration and obsessions. We had a blast collaborating with Elizabeth Lewis (floral extraordinaire) of The Nouveau Romantics and our superstar photographer, Robert Bredvad.

The Fall 2011 issue brings imagery of a sun-faded Indian summer meandering gently into brisk autumn days. Age-worn collections gathered over well traveled summers, Navajo rugs, and sun-bleached textiles

conjure warmth and comfort as crisp winds start to blow through autumnally toned leaves.
