This week we’ve got mantras on our minds. With an air of uncertainty shrouding so, so many things right now, finding a mental space that empowers and comforts you is vital. It’s super easy to get wrapped up in fear, stress or anxieties. Ruminating on a positive mantra can serve as a mental guidepost, to give you perspective, encourage you and give you strength.
A personal mantra is a phrase or word that resonates with you at any given time. It embodies your inner values and beliefs. It honors where you are now and where you would like to go. We all have mantras, whether or not we are conscious of it! That little subconscious voice or low-key inner monologue it always running..It can be positive, negative or somewhere in-between. This week we’re aiming to align with some positive statements that give us strength, comfort and help us to keep on truckin’.
