Calligraphy Tutorial | the Capital Letter "F"
Hi "F"olks! F is definitely a letter we use quite often here at Antiquaria. It seems like we're always writing Family or Friends or Festivities-all GREAT words don't you think?
All three "F" versions on this exemplar use more than one stroke, so this is a great letter to practice slowing down and and getting the alignment of the strokes just right. The top of the "F" is thin, so be sure that your using a light pressure for that sideways stroke.
How much do you LOVE the little cross loop on the first 2 examples? One of our favorite little details:)
Hopefully your practicing is going really well! Leave us a comment below or tag us on Instagram (we're @antiquariadesign) with #letterschool and we'll happily answer your questions and check out your work!
We've got another Calligraphy Tutorial | Getting Started post for ya tomorrow! Yay!!
Until then...
Peace, Love and Letters,
Emma and Bailey
