Happy Friday everyone!
Yesterday, we resumed our DIY posts on the fabulous paper blog, Oh So Beautiful Paper. Go there to check out the three techniques we used to create unique and personal calling cards.
To celebrate our return, we are having a calling card stamp giveaway!!!
Here's the scoop:
We are going to give away one of our custom calling card rubber stamps to one lucky winner.
How to enter:
1. Leave us a comment below, telling us which calling card rubber stamp you would choose (out of any on our site), and how you would DIY it and make it your own.
3. Visit our Facebook page and like us if you haven't already.
Choosing a winner:
The giveaway will end Friday September 30, 2011 at 10am, Pacific time. At this point, all valid entries will be considered and 2 winners will be drawn at random, using a number generator. We will post the winning name via a post on our blog and it will be up to them to contact us to claim their prize.
Have a wonderful weekend and we will see you back here on Monday with a winner!!!
Oh these are really lovely! My favorite is the calligraphy accent stamp, but I also love the handwritten calligraphy. There are so many different things you could do with these. I would make it my own by stamping it onto cardstock or vintage tags and then stitching that onto scraps of different thrifted fabrics and lace. It would definitely have a messy, imperfect look - no straight lines or perfect edges to keep the a unique, handmade feel. :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to try the watercolor technique on Oh So Beautiful Paper, too! They look gorgeous!
p.s. I am Heather Guffin (www.facebook.com/heathleigh) and I like you on facebook too!
I would have to go with the navajo stamp because living in West Texas, I think it has the perfect look for me. I would make it my own by using it instead of return address labels, and stamping the back of my business cards for my blog. I also would stamp all my teaching supplies with it, in case I ever lost a folder or something! I would also put a tag with the stamp on any crafts I make and give away...yay!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love those cards! And my favourite stamp is the Handwritten Calligraphy one! I now like you on Facebook!
ReplyDeleteI love the Handwritten Calligraphy stamp--so pretty! I am definitely in need of business cards for my blog because I'm going to The Cream in January, and am hoping to do lots of networking. These stamps would be perfect for DIY business cards with turquoise ink and a little bit of lace as a border or accent :)
